I highly recommend Danny as a strength and conditioning instructor. His dedication to understanding the biomechanics of cycling to craft a tailored program has elevated my performance on the bike. His structured training plans strike the perfect balance between intensity and recovery; they are short yet sufficiently challenging. Danny’s expertise, dedication and personalized approach have been very beneficial to my cycling journey. Thanks Danny!

For almost two years, I seemed to be stuck at a plateau in my sprinting performance. Training with Danny helped me breakthrough to achieve a new 100m national record during the Asian Games in 2023. Danny’s training programmes have also kept me 100% injury free - which makes a crucial difference to Sprinters. His demos are great, his explanations are simple and clear. He watches attentively and gives useful corrections. Training with Danny is both fun and challenging!

I trained with Danny for three years during my time as a national athlete in the Judo team. His strength and conditioning training was key in allowing me to dominate the -57kg category in both junior and senior standing. His training was truly unique from other strength sessions because Danny incorporated many new and modern techniques, had a data-driven approach and conducted all-rounded planning for different phases of my competitive cycle. Under him, I swiftly improved my max strength tests by 10-20%, despite having suffered some injuries. Beyond a coach, he was a trusted mentor who believed in me even when I didn't, encouraging me to push my limits.

Danny has been one of the best S&C coach I have trained with. His dedication and passion shows in how he personally tries each sport out for better understanding of the technique and how best the athletes can train for their sport. He is also a strong motivator and pushes his athletes to their limists helping us reach further heights. His solid theoretical knowledge of human hody helps him plan the best exercises to not only strengthen his athletes but also help prevent injuries.

I've been working with Danny ever since he took over as the strength and conditioning coach for the national kayaking team back in 2015. I liked that he really tried to develop an understanding of our sport through observation, questioning and even trying it out on the water so that he could formulate a efficient and effective way for us to get the most out of our physical ability with regards to our sport. One of the most memorable moments was when we were working towards the 200m and max strength was a huge factor in that distance, with Danny's programming in S&C, that season started out with me increasing my max for bench press by about 10kg from 145 to 155kg, and it remains my PR till date.

Danny is a very understanding and flexible coach. He's able to cater to your training style in order to motivate you to be better. He is a pusher of limits, but all the while staying safe. I always look forward to training because I know that he will make sure i don’t slack off and it will be a good session

Danny was my strength and conditioning coach in preparation for the 2014 Asian Games and 2015 SEA Games judo event. In the gym, he ensured that I was in peak conditioning by listening to my needs and aligning them with my competition schedule. His dedication in incoporating research findings into my training program boosted my confidence that I was ready to compete at the highest level.
