I included 2 sets of 12-week training program that is meant to help soccer athletes meet the physcial demand of the game and to reduce their risk of injury. The first set of program includes heavy weights and plyometric exercises. The second set of program is similar to the first set but I replaced some heavy resistance exercises with isometric exercises as some athletes may want to explore different methods of training. Athletes should be able to perform all the exercises in the program as I have avoided exercises that require large spaces, uncommon equipment or very complex movement.
