Training The Short Sprint For Team Sports Athletes

This is a 6 week training program that aims to help athletes train their short sprint ability during the pre-season phase. This include twice a week sprint training and twice a week strength training. The sprint training sessions are meant to be completed within 30 mins (not including warm up), which allows the athletes to incorporate it as part of the sports training session. There are two sets of 6-week strength training programs, one includes and the other does not include isometric training.
